Villa Panorama is an unique villa on a hill above the sea, with impressive views over the sea and the islands of Cala Comte.

 

FURNISHING AND FEATURES:

Bedrooms:

The villa has three bedrooms en suite on the ground floor, both with access to the terrace and sea view. All bedrooms have a double bed and a bathroom with shower, basin, toilet and bidet. Also located in all bedrooms, is a mini-bar and a ceiling mounted TV screen. The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has a big double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with bath.

The villa has air conditioning and a safe. Use of beautiful material combinations with stone, wood and polished cement.

Living:

From the foot of the hill a long staircase of polished cement leads to the two villas, which can be rented together or separately (8-16 people). From the parking you can use the elevator, which opens in the living. The salon is a large space with sliding glass doors that offer impressive views. A fireplace and a large screen TV separate cosy sitting area and dining area with a large glass dining table. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
 

Outdoors:

The roof terrace offers a spectacular 360 degree panoramic view. Here you can enjoy starry nights in a large Jacuzzi, or dinner at a large wooden dining table. 

The terrace from the house to the pool, has a wooden deck and has sun loungers and parasols.

​Next to the pool (11 x 4 m) is a Jacuzzi for eight people, where you will experience an unforgettable sunset!

Prices include daily cleaning and two linen changes a week.

Concierge and laundry room are located at the entrance of the villa.
