Reservations can be made by phone or email. The booking confirmation is binding once you have received the invoice.


All prices are in Euros. The deposit is 50% of the total cost. This amount has to be paid within three days after the reservation has been made. The remaining amount has to be paid 4 weeks before departure. If your payment arrives too late, we have the right to cancel your booking.

For all accommodations, a deposit must be paid upon arrival. After departure and inspection of the house, we will refund the deposit to your account, provided that no damage has been caused to the house. In case any additional cleaning is required, we retain the right to deduct € 50.00 from the deposit.


All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation costs, when receiving cancellation confirmation, are:
7 to 10 weeks prior to departure – 30% of the total cost.
4 to 6 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the total cost.
3 to 0 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the total cost.

Because we are not responsible for flight schedules, cancellations and delays, we highly recommend taking additional travel and cancellation insurance.


IbizaSense is not liable for any disruption of the tenants’ holiday by nature’s forces. IbizaSense cannot be held liable for damage to personal belongings or injuries arisen in the house. In case the landlord, due to unforeseen circumstances, is forced to cancel the booking, an equal house will be offered instead. If this is not possible, IbizaSense will refund the amount paid. All accommodations are for holiday purposes only.

Professional photography, parties and weddings are only allowed with permission of Ibizasense.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than agreed upon in the contract.
According to local laws, noise pollution is prohibited between 00:00 (midnight) and 08:00 (8 am).
Pets are only allowed with permission of IbizaSense.


The accommodation can be accessed from 14:00 (2 pm) on the day of arrival.
The keys are handed out on the spot.
The check-out time is 10:00 (10 am) on the day of departure.
You are kindly requested to clean the house before you leave (ie. no garbage and/or dirty dishes).


If you have any complaints, we kindly request to contact us as soon as possible. We will do our very best to solve your problem. In case complaints are not filed (or too late), they may be struck out and will not be refunded.
