Located on the west coast of the island of Ibiza, the villa offers a suggestive and unparalleled view of the sea,

INTERIOR:

Both the main villa (850 m²) and the Guest House (100 m²), offer large and bright spaces thanks to the large sliding-windows and terraces of over two hundred and fifty square meters.

Inside, a living room with TV area, a second living room with a fireplace and a computer corner, a dining room in communication with a huge, fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom complete the day area.

The night area of the floor consists of two double rooms both with en-suite bathrooms.

The first floor has a reading room and three bedrooms (all sea view) with en-suite bathrooms.

The dependence is composed of a room, a large double bedroom with walk-in closet, a second room and a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR:

The villa is situated on 24,800 square meters of land, most of which is a landscaped Mediterranean garden.

The ground floor of the house is one with the outside thanks to the large sliding doors-windows, which on the front of the house overlook the covered patio of 70 m². It is a great area to relax and to dine in the cool before sunset over the sea and the islands.

The large infinity pool and slightly salty water, newly conceived in compressed sand, offers the view and access similar to those of a real beach with a sloping shoreline. The smooth touch and no slippery surface make it ideal for all the family. Its 180 square meters offer plenty of space to swim, idle in shallow water as well as an area with the net for a volleyball match.
