Can Palau is an exceptional finca of 200 years old with a panoramic view over the valley. Situated in San José, a picturesque village in the south of Ibiza, where one finds a good restaurants, supermarkets and shops. A fantastic finca to explore the Southern beaches.

A tower from the 17th century is located next to the house; it was used as a defence against the Arabs and pirates.

From the parking, one enters the property at the terrace with in its center a magnificent pool of 10 by 4 meters. Surrounding the swimming pool, a stone terrace with a pond, a covered ‘chill-out’, sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

The kitchen can be accessed via a covered terrace. The kitchen has a wooden dining table and a fireplace.

There is a lounge above the kitchen, with audio equipment. The rustic furnished lounge with fireplace has folding doors that lead to the garden. You can access the cosy master bedroom via the staircase. It features antique furniture and a double bed, this bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a terrace; the terrace boasts a magnificent view.

The ground floor has three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed. These rooms share a big bathroom.
