This fabulous finca has been lovingly restored to the very highest of standards, artfully blending modern luxury and design with traditional touches, and the truly delightful interiors make you feel instantly at home. The open plan lounge and dining areas which seat 12-14 people in comfort and style are flooded with natural light and decorated in a contemporary way with splashes of colour from cushions and artwork giving something of a bohemian charm. The living areas offer views over the sparkling sea and are served by a well equipped kitchen, complete with all of the modern day appliances you would expect in a house of this caliber. The kitchen is divided into 2 zones with 2 refrigerators, and one wine fridge, a large oven, stove, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker. The living areas lead out onto a delightful terrace and the living room and exterior terraces have a sound system divided into 6 zones with support for iPod, iPhone, and computer.

The alarm in the main house is connected to the GPS supervision.

The Villa boasts 6 effortlessly elegant bedrooms with an extra room for those traveling with staff. All of the rooms are decorated to the same high standard, each one having its own unique charm and beautifully furnished with top-quality linens. All of the rooms are ensuite with either a bath or shower room built using bricks imported from Bali, and each room benefits from the advantage of the stunning sea views.

Suite on the first floor with 1 king size bed, large terrace with a view of the ocean with exterior shower and bath with an interior bathroom with a shower (2 people).
A service bedroom next to the laundry room (7th bedroom of the house, not counted in property's specs) consists of 2 single beds (sofa/bed), a bathroom with shower, TV, service closet, and laundry room for the house.

EXTERIOR:

Of course, the jewel in the crown of this fabulous home is the views, which can be enjoyed as you step outside and truly immerse yourself into the beauty which surrounds you. The sight of the crystal clear Mediterranean sea is one that will stay with you forever, and the exterior offers countless places to either soak up the sun on one of the ample daybeds, or
seek shade and relax in the dedicated chillout areas.

The gardens are exquisitely designed and maintained to perfection with lush fragrant trees and flowers surrounding you,

Soak up the view from the inviting infinity pool with counter current jet, and entertain family and friends in the alfresco dining area complete with BBQ, a perfect space for long lazy lunches with friends, sunset cocktails, or dinner under a canopy of stars.

The private access to the sea is available by a staircase in the rocks, which is illuminated at night, and here you can swim, snorkel and bathe to your heart's delight, a really unique quality of this fantastic property.

An interior and exterior gym is on hand for those who want to maintain their fitness levels during their stay and is complete with bathroom.

Interior parking for two cars is available.

DISTANCES:

This spectacular frontline villa is perfectly located on the southeast coast, and affords incredible views over the breathtaking bay of Cala Moli, with direct access to the sea. The world famous Ibiza sunset can be enjoyed from the comfort of your villa, and some of the island's most beautiful beaches such as Cala Tarida, home to the famous Cotton Beach Club, Cala Bassa and Cala Conte are close by, as is the charming village of San Jose, known for its vibrant cafe culture and many amenities.
