It is situated on a large plot of land at the top of a hill in Cala Tarida, the beach is only 4 minutes away.

The nearest town is San José (only 6 minutes away), where you will find amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, restaurants and bars.

It takes only 15 minutes to get to and from Ibiza Airport.

Ibiza Town is twenty minutes away.
