The house is located near San Augustín on the west Side of the Island of Ibiza, a 5-minute drive to San José, 15 to Ibiza Airport and Ibiza Town. San José beaches, including Es Torrent, Es Xarcu and Cala Jondal can be reached within 15 minutes. The surrounding area is now a fully protected conservation area under Ibizan law, providing privacy, tranquillity, and boasting many fantastic signposted walking and bicycle routes in the vicinity.

Can Marco has been designed with utter luxury and comfort in mind. The house offers both intimacy and privacy because of the variety of well-appointed rooms and spacious common areas located throughout the house and grounds. A state of the art security system with motion-sensor alarm and CCTV are in place for your well-being and peace of mind. Secure WiFi is freely available and can be easily accessed throughout the grounds. All six bedrooms are connected to a central air conditioning system. The garage, off the main entrance, leads to a large utility room with 8 kg load washer and dryer.



The living and dining room afford spectacular views of the surrounding hills with olive and almond groves, and unrivalled views of the harbour and the Mediterranean beyond. The living area is a large rectangular room, with views on 3 sides, a private balcony and external access to the pool deck and gardens below. It is furnished with an 8 meter L shaped sofa by Capellini, fireplace, 42 inch plasma TV, with Sky TV, DVD player, and built in iPod compatible sound system with four DAS integrated speakers.

The dining room, with a Poliform design dining suite, leads to an outside covered terrace with two armchairs perfect for quiet reading or enjoying sunset cocktails. The other side leads to a stainless steel kitchen which is equipped with industrial restaurant quality appliances.



The 6 fully furnished and decorated bedrooms, 2 with complete en-suites and private balconies, boast an airy, modern décor, luxurious beds and large built in wardrobes.

  • Master bedroom with en-suite slate bathroom including a concrete tub and a two-person rain shower which opens to a private wrap around terrace with incredible views of the surrounding hills and harbor. It also includes a wall-hung 42 in plasma TV (SkyTV) and DVD player.

  • Bedroom 2 with private terrace has a slate en-suite bathroom with large picture box window allowing views of the harbor giving you an outside showering experience. From this room guests has views of the neighboring olive and almond groves.

  • Bedroom 3 (double) with shared bathroom (shower)

  • Bedroom 4 (twin) with shared bathroom (shower)

There are a total of 2600 square meters of tended gardens. The tranquil, bottom garden offers a rich array of wild flowers that explode with colour during the summer months and boasts a separate chill out area. There is a romantic hammock hidden away beneath 2 magnificent pine trees.

The upper garden has been designed as a fruit grove with 5 different kinds of oranges, lemon, lime, pomegranate, almond, olive, and apricot trees that guests are welcome to pick when ripe.

The outdoor dining and seating area fronts the gardens and offers views of the pool and lower grounds. The focal point is a 3.5 meter long dining table. The space features a built in Double BBQ for entertaining and has access to both the upper gardens and the pool deck



The 12 m by 4.5 m heated pool is the social focal point of the house. It commands stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean beyond and offers dramatic sunsets. The pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and day beds for 12+ guests. It has access to the outdoor dining area, and lower gardens. The pool deck has a separate sound system with 4 integrated Bose environmental speakers for club quality sound. Also accessed from the pool area is a changing room/ bathroom with power shower.
