Casa Cocoon is a stylish and modern looking villa, located in the private and secured area of Roca Llisa – right next to the golf course.
The center of Ibiza is only a 10-minute drive away and the closest beaches are within 10 minutes walk (Cala Olivera).
This villa is a lovely and well-priced option for families or groups of friends.
Prices includes 4 hours of cleaning per day - 6 days a week.
MAIN HOUSE:
Villa Cocoon has a total living surface of 420 m², built on grounds of 3000 m².
There is a beautiful swimming pool area (with a 17 meter long pool) and great garden for playing and relaxation.
The main building has two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and there are three further bedrooms accessed from the outside. One of the bedrooms is an independent studio with private court-yard and ensuite bathroom.
There is a large and beautifully decorated living-room which overlooks the pool area and accessed the kitchen via a long bar.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of space for storage.
OUTDOOR AREA:
Casa Cocoon has a lovely pool-area with plenty of sun loungers, day-beds and space to run around.
There is a dining-area and sofa-set up next to the pool for outdoor dining and relaxation.
There is also a badminton-table and plenty of shaded areas.
