The villa has 5 bedrooms with terrace (3 of which have sea views). Each with a double bed, and 5 bathrooms: 3 with shower and 2 with bathtub/ shower. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious and tastefully decorated. The ground floor has two bedrooms and the top floor has three bedrooms. The upper floor has an additional roof terrace (sunsets and starry nights!) The other two bedrooms are located in the guesthouse at the side of the villa. These have a separate entrance from the terrace.

The secured entrance gives access to a spacious hall with a guest toilet. The spacious, tastefully decorated living room has glass sliding doors offering an impressive view. Large comfortable sofas form a cozy lounge area with sat.TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, 2 B & W iPod docking stations inside and outside.

 

Behind the partition wall with TV, is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. The utility room has an extra refrigerator / freezer combo and a wine / champagne cooler. Here also are the washing machine and dryer. The dining area has an extra-large dining table that seats 10 people. From the kitchen you reach the covered terrace with a dining table which seats 14 people.

Outdoors:

The glass sliding doors from the living room give access to the covered stone terrace, with a wealth of luxurious lounge areas with comfortable furniture designed2chill. Also around the pool (12 m x 8 m) you can enjoy the luxury lounge beds.

Next to the pool is a tennis court.
