Its 80.000 m² of land are located on a Protected Natural Space (ANEI), many tracks which are ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. A visit to the small hill top is a must at only 100 metres from the villa, where you will find and idyllic spot with a wooden pergola with views of the islet of Es Vedrá, the sea and sunsets.
