The lounge is integrated into the kitchen and internal dining area with 5m bi-fold doors with stunning views of the pool and gardens, large sofas, rustic coffee table and Bose iPod dock.

There is another TV lounge, also with large patio doors overlooking the pool with spacious sofas, large plasma satellite TV, Bose iPod dock, DVD, PlayStation2 and numerous games and board games.

The large modern catering kitchen with double doors and windows leads to the swimming pool and barbecue area, and offers access to the lounge / TV lounge and the internal dining room.
