Can Kaya, an old Ibizencan finca (traditional farm house), was restored with love and care over the last few years, incorporating the latest technologies and infrastructure without sacrificing any of it’s traditional and rural magic.
Sitting in the midst of aromatic herb gardens and fruit trees and overlooking the spectacular Ibizan coast, Can Kaya can offer guests a unique countryside vista and direct access to the gentle rural ambience of the north coast of Ibiza.

The finca offers 1 double superior room, 2 double rooms, 2 family rooms,
and 1 independent small house (casita).
The general dimensions of the property are:
Plot: 35 000 m2
Main House: 350 m2 -> 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms (Underfloor heating)
Annex 1: 45 m2 -> 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms
Casita: 80 m2 -> 2 bedrooms 1 bathrooms (this unit can also potentially can also be rented separately as it has it´s own road and entrance)
The idyllic village of St Carlos is 5 minutes away,
and spectacular beaches such as Cala Nova, Cala Llenya, Aguas Blancas and Cala St Vicente a few minutes away by car.
It is a 30 minute drive to Ibiza’s international airport
and a 20-25 minute drive to Ibiza town.
There are different options for the renting can Kaya:
1. Long term contract for a family + 12 months, subletting allowed,
2. 11 months contract for a family, no subletting allowed.
3. Seasonal Rental until end of October, no subletting allowed..
4. Weekly summer rentals, Minimum monthly rental.
